Crystal cakes has been around since January 2010 but I have been making cakes all of my life.
A busy wife and mum of three I just love cake, any day, any occasion out comes the cake! You name it I have made it in cake form, from Postman Pat cake to The Gruffalow, Jimmy Choo shoes to Mighty Morphing Power rangers.
I don`t stop there, my cakes can make an occasion such as a wedding or christening that much more special. I love to make a special wedding cake or girly birthday cake, the only limit is your imagination.
Don` t worry if you aren`t into a big cake, I also make the most delicious cupcakes and cookies. Oh and don`t forget about my brownie, one taste of that and you are hooked, throw away the diet because one piece is never enough!

Your cake is a personal thing so I like to offer a personal tailored service, plus I love meeting and getting to know all my lovely customers, so coffee and cake it is. You provide the coffee I provide the cake and we mix together some idea's, flavours, designs and create your perfect cake!

Fruit cake is made from a traditional recipe passed down through the generations, containing roughly 80% fruit soaked in plenty of good quality brandy, as much notice as possible is required so that they can mature and be fed even more booze!

I use only the best ingredients with free range eggs from highfields happy hens and fair trade ingredients where I can.
Special diets catered for
I can also make delicious cakes if you have a special diet for example gluten free, egg free and diabetic.
Delivery
This is provided within an hour radius but I am very flexible! Just don`t make it too far as I might eat it before I get there.
